Meet the Docs

As a Fort Pierce local, it is such an honor to come back to my hometown and care for the families who make this community so special. During chiropractic school, I met my fiancé, Dr. Jared — and lovingly convinced him to move back to Florida with me. We truly believe there’s no better place to live, serve, and raise a family than right here at home.

I’m a proud graduate of John Carroll High School and the University of Florida (Go Gators!!!). After undergrad, my original plan was to apply to PA school. While working in the emergency room, I quickly realized that model of healthcare didn’t align with how I viewed true healing. I felt called toward a more holistic, preventative approach — one that supports the body before crisis happens. I left my job, applied to Life University, and moved to Marietta, Georgia just a few months later. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Doctorate of Chiropractic in September 2025 and opened Cedar Family Chiropractic right out of school.

I am deeply passionate about preventative health, nutrition, fertility, and overall wellness. Our culture often teaches us that suffering is normal or that medication is the only answer — but there are so many factors that influence our health that we are able to control. In true chiropractic philosophy, I believe our bodies are intelligently designed. When we remove interference and return to a strong foundation, the body has an incredible ability to heal and adapt.

My goal as a chiropractor is to empower you and your family to take control of your health and feel your absolute best when you leave our office. While I have a special focus on preconception, pregnancy, and pediatrics, every member of the family deserves to thrive. I am Webster Certified and currently working toward my CACCP certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) — an additional 200 hours of advanced training in prenatal and pediatric care. It is truly my greatest honor to walk alongside you on your health journey! 

Dr. Jared Walker was born and raised in Hillcrest, South Africa. He immigrated to the United States in 2011 and settled in Hoover, Alabama, where he attended Hoover High School. It was there that he discovered his passion for helping others and became actively involved in the Health Science Club.

Dr. Jared continued his education at the University of West Alabama, where he played collegiate soccer and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. During his internship, he developed a strong interest in chiropractic care, which led him to pursue his doctorate at Life University. While at Life University, Dr. Jared also served as a tutor for doctorate-level courses, further strengthening his clinical knowledge and leadership skills. After four years of dedicated study, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in September 2025 and moved to Florida to open Cedar Family Chiropractic with his fiance Dr. Paola.

When he is not at the office, Dr. Jared enjoys going to the beach with his dog Belle. He also spends his free time on the golf course or the gym. 

Dr. Jared is excited to bring his training, experience, and passion for patient-centered care to the city of Fort Pierce and the surrounding communities.
